Curt Arthur, SIOR, our Managing Director, was featured on 1430 KYKN’s “Newsmakers” radio show hosted by Brent Dehart and Dave Bourne the last Friday in November.
Arthur said the invitation came from Dehart who he served with for years on the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce board of directors with. “Brent is a former city councilor and all around great guy so I was honored to be asked to spend an hour with them to answer questions about several commercial real estate projects in, and around, the greater Salem area.” During the interview topics addressed included: projects along Mission Street; the potential of a new Costco off Kuebler Blvd; developments in Downtown Salem; and newly formed Opportunity Zones around Salem.
